Meeting
called to order at 7:45 a.m. by President Mary Reed.
Treasurer’s
report given by Gail Ripka, HCAI currently has a balance of $5,702.65 this
amount does not include any registration monies or expenses for the
conference. Therese Macias made motion
to approve treasurer’s report second by Peg Murphy. Motion carried.

Barth presented the election results for Officers/Board Members for the
incoming year. They are as follows:

Macias made motion to destroy the ballots seconded by Peg Murphy. Motion Carried.

Mary Reed reviewed the agenda for the general membership meeting.
Web
Site-Jeff Workman discussed adding a forum section to the current HCAI web
site; stated would be a one-time cost of approximately $500. Jeff will bring information back to our next
board meeting.
The
next board meeting is scheduled for January 13, 2006 with a snow date of
January 20, 2006. The meeting will be
held at Mavericks Steak House in Springfield.
Other
meeting dates are as follows: April 21, 2006/May 12, 2006/ June conference TBA.
